Radon Test
Radon is a radioactive gas that can build up beneath the foundation of your home. Since it is odorless and tasteless and can exist under any type of house, the only way to determine if you have radon is if you have your home tested for it. We offer state-of-the-art radon testing with "Radon Testing Corporation of America" (RTCA). This type of radon testing is the most accurate and used by government agencies around the country.
Well Flow Test
If a house is served by a private well, we can do a well flow test that will test the function of the well pump for water volume recovery. This test will also measure the number of gallons per minute (GPM) as the water flows from the well. Generally speaking, there should be a minimum of three GPM for at least a two-hour time frame.
Well Potability Test
This test is also used for a home with a private well. The test will determine if the water is potable – suitable to drink – as well as testing the arsenic and nitrate levels of the water. The test will also check for Ecoli coliform bacteria.
