Type of Home Inspections

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality work and the greatest possible return on your investment.

General Home Inspection

Whether you are a home buyer or seller, this type of inspection is suitable for a typical house. This home inspection will include the following things in the inspection: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water heater, structural inspection, roof, attic, foundation, interior inspection and exterior inspection, wood destroying insects (including termites) and grounds. View our checklist for more information.

Seller Inspection

In the seller home inspection, we will inspect your home before you sell it so you know of any issues that could impede the sale. This pre-sale inspection is ideal for those sellers doing the home sale by themselves.

Pool and Spa Inspection

If you are buying or selling a home with a pool and/or spa (including a whirlpool or hot tub), this type of pool inspection is a must. We will examine the overall condition of the pool / spa during the  inspection. We will check the structure, electrical parts of the pool/spa such as the water pump, filter, lights, and heater, to make sure that the spa/pool work well. Swimming pool inspections will also let you know if the pool is safe.

New Construction Inspection

Whether you are a homeowner who just built your own home or you are a contractor, our new construction inspection will be a useful tool for determining the completed phases of construction.

Pre Listing Inspection

The pre-listing inspection can let real estate agents and sellers know what needs to be done with the home to make it suitable for sale.
